Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

No I didn't liked that because there environment is not good upto to the satisfaction

Dislikes

Because avodha dont provide basic salary because if anyone working they have commitments and they didn't give salary on time every month Does not have proper management and backend team to take care of employees and the students

They will not give salary and they are cheaters and scammers don't start career here you will lose your precious time I have worked more then one month not given salary and they shifted the company from Banglore to manglore they are big scammers ...

... and scenario they changes their company policy and process as per their need Dont work with Avodha Chennai branch they cheated many employees by hiring them and not provided salary, they will terminate any time immediately without proper reason , they don't allow employees to serve notice period at the time of termination after that when employees asks their salary they force employees to serve notice period for their salary Ceo Joseph George and HR Amiya Josy such a Chameleons he change his company policy and process as per his convience don't believe them, they cheated many Chennai Branch employees

Worst company they not given salary if u work in that company please ask them your job security proof... In my experience i will not recive salary of two months if we ask they r give u lots of rules nd regulations after join they didn't told u bt in salary time they create new rules nd regulations...
