I feel strictly "NO" for EHS Employees.....for every safety violation which in no means are in controls of safety personal on customer premises you will hear "What is safety officer doing there - I don't want him in company" and safety management is helpless. indeed job security is low for safety professionals.

...anagement having real perks and Normal low grade employees will get nothing . They even not giving the Promotion and Increment this year and deduct the Bonus as well.

if you work on foreign projects then its good but if you get indian projects then your working hours will become double including weekends

For a freshers , it's a good company, we can able to learn a lot

Since its a service engineer role, we need to travel a lot , salary is decent but career growth is very slow . Also there is a bond of 3 years.
