good infra , Snacks and leisure time activities are major attraction point nowadays but just dont join only for that.

...al being done only for nonsense comedy in office rather than hard work skillset. 5 days working policy is a joke , they will ping you anytime, anyday without any compensation. Management run by one person only, so you have to be their favourite.

- poor management - no scope of learning - no team structure - employees say negative things about each other all the time - no action taken on people being abusive in the calls - it is a place that will feel like a nightmare because it gives you no learning and also has the most negative environment to work in - poor management of deadlines - senseless reviews and requirement goes on in loops - there is no standardisation of working

No time bound attendance and 10 WFH/Month. You'll make some good friends but that'd be probably trauma-bonding more than anything.

Some Leads/POs/Managers consider you robot, because you believe in delivering. You can work, get more work because of it. You can stand up against them, and have the seniors relocate you to almost dead projects or PIP. But once again, great Trauma Bonding 😎🤌🏼

1. No outings / No Parties / No Offsite 2. Company is loss making as it doesn't have client from last 14 months 3. A round of firing was done terminating 10 percent staff so no job secutity 4. Negligible salary increment 5. They are just creating work so that the employees doesn't feel they don't have work 6. The company has 4-5 stars that operate and get every year promotion as they are the ones actually deciding all so they dominate
