...y checks employees personal phones, also contacts personal doctors, teachers. 3. The Manager and TL of the company has their own groupism and plays politics and ensure no salary growth of other employees. 4. The TL and Manager provide no trainings to the employees. TL of RPG is very rude doesn't have a proper way to talk to her team and and very selfish. 5. No personal are being allowed and are kept on flight mode of the employees. 6. Company deducts the salary of the employees if the performance is less. 7. If employees are late for even 5 mins they are not allowed to take tea breaks and if Manager is 20-30 mins late still takes all the breaks with compensation. 8. At the time of joining on the 1 St day employees are asked for cheque and if they don't continue the next day the MD takes 1 week salary of the employee illegally.

Please try to avoid joining this organisation, they haven't paid salary of Doctors working in COVID centre even after collecting the same from the clients

Unfaithful Haven't paid Doctors salary for working in COVID centre during second wave, they have acknowledged that they've recieved the same from client but aren't willing to pay Doctors

...embers are comfortable. People after marriage and after children are continuing. U get get double pay on birthday and early leave with gift budget and cake too. Marriage and anniversaries too are celebrated. Can you dream of such a company in HR in India. Dr Gupta is one person who has alway been humble and caring-HARD TO FIND A COMPANY SO CARING IN TODAY'S TIME

I would not say dislike fully, Dr Gupta is strict on timings and is mugle azam / miltary style as he himself is punctual so at time we millennials are late then uncomfortable but still ne never disrespect anyone yet gives a message to be punctual. Monday to saturday but may be HR consultancies cant afford Saturday off

We dont know how to use those opportunities. Generally there are very experienced people in such teams but there are very few here and the ones with experience do not pass the knowledge to us down. The Fund VP is always trading on the phone and will skip calls with LP if scheduled anytime before 3:30 pm and will skip it later because we have seen him making content and reels for his instagram profile in evenings with sunset while he was skipping office in the name of meetings. So that tells a lot about culture where he is least involved with his teammates and only thinks about his side businesses
