There are to much politics there and no growth in terms of career and salary...for them the employee need to obedient but organization won't be like this and to many rules, these rules effect our working environment.so not a good

Dislikes

No job security. High work pressure. No respect for employees. Will give silly reasons for salary deductions. Very strict for time management. No guarantee for salary increment. Heavy competition between team leaders and freshers, for that reason fresher will not able to learn new things.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and they conduct the games and refreshing activities every weekend for chilling and Company policies were good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

I'm happy with Avistos because lock down situation this job is very helpful to me and work also very easy and interesting I'm waiting for again work with Avistos

Worst management, don't even know how to manage a team. Company is not perfect in any aspects.

This Company not recognise their employees hardwork. They don't provide the hike. They treat their employees as servants. If you ask any favours they simply say " we have given the job that is more than enough."
