...hey have snatched the job from employee in this covid period without intimation.Lot of employees are sacked in the name of cost cutting but higher management and their so called good listed employees are still in system with a high pay of salary without working.so from my point job security is very low.

Dislikes

Team mates: overall is good. Training: there is no option lower grade employee. Job Security: no job security, anyone anytime can be sacked. Career growth: very poor as so many employee like me were working over there with a same grade, same position for 5 to 10 years. Salary/ Appraisal : very lower % of increment like 5% to 7% of gross and its not enough for sustain of any employee. Travel: its available for higher grade employee. Politics: Those are oiling higher management they are in system others are fired. Work environment: Overall not good enough. Innovation: no scope for lower grade employee. Work life balance : overall good.

...ies, and no were to have you your break 4 to 5 people in one very small cabin The pay is crap and the hours are even worse. I only stayed here for 4 weeks the only good thing about this place is the staff are amazing and a great bunch of people to work with

Everything its disgraceful the way they treat the staff I am spurised they have any staff

This is the most world renowned and famous transport company and having Good. It has connections with lot of famous hotel and airline like oberoi group and many airlines. The environment and work station are well mentain and providing lot of facilities to their employees. All the annual appraisal and policies always in the favour of employees.

Salary is Gud but career growth is slow only.

I joined avis as a fresher at Emirates - contact centre department. The induction and training was awsome. Also i found really helpful colleagues not only from my department but from other department who supported, guided and understood me. I also got the opportunity to meet, work and have a friendship with some of the individuals from germany for which i am really thankfull of avis.

Dislikes

I have to work on 24×7 shift environment thats why work-life balance was ok-ok. Yes i am really dissatisfied with my salary as i am getting very less in comparison my my work to others and now i am hoping for a healthy discussion with hr for the same and then i will discuss here about company's carrer growth and appraisals.

The company is really open and very nice environment to work. The Company provides good salary as well.So I prefer Avis India have a perfect work area.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Some times work pressure is high but it's manageable.
