... work never paid off. unnecessary work assigned. No incentivize for good work. They never pay salary on time. Self centered bosses.

1) Salary is never given to employees. They take money from employees and say they them that they will reimburse but they never do. 2) The seniors are very unsupportive . They also know that you will be leaving within 2 months so they don't help. 3) Bosses are very arrogant and self centred. They will use bad words for you and talk you like you are slave . 4) The company is soon going be bankrupt. So don't join them . 5) They will tell you that you will go to good places and schools . But the reality is your value is 0 there and school premises will consider you like a new servant and you will have to move around the principal for being there in peace. Otherwise she/he will make you do dance for whole 7 hrs and then manager on online meeting for 3 hrs . Work hrs is 12 here. 4) If you are married or in a relationship you will end up with divorce or breakups here. 5) You will always wish to ran to your home here . 6) No experience of this organisation is useful for any other . Here your skills will be getting 0 and forget about learning new skills. 7) Founders are hating their employees who say that Sir please give my salary and stop picking their phone calls. 8) You need give proofs of everything. They will deduct your salary on every small thing . Each and every thing has a deadline. Every employee wants to leave this company but due to no skills they are here. 9) An employee was sick for 10 days suffering from Dengue.. They fired him and didn't gave his salary for 2 months . He came to company to ask for salary and the guard was ordered not to let him in. Moral of the story , It's good to be called jobless rather than serving yourself free for an organisation and giving your life remote control to your manager and be a puppet.
