This company is good for the freshers who are looking to gain experience in the field. This company works on fresher and doesn't have any experienced employees. The working culture is the worst of all. They force you to work extra hours every day and doesn't even gives money for extra hours. They will force you to come to office on public holidays.

Dislikes

Forcing employees to work extra hours without extra pay. There is lot of politics and management doesn't address. They don't care for the employee health.

If you break the bond you have to pay compensation. If you got increment then you have to pay full increment for breaking of 1 year too ( for increment they will take sgn for 1 year too)). If they terminate you nothing will get from thier side. They don't know whhere to use her/his words but they treat others that they don't know English. And also they don't know basics of p&I'd ,and project and they are saying that they were experts in that field .

Hi, in this company nature of work is not good and mostly the rework process goes on many times and salary paid is less to the permanent employees who started their career in this company but for the experienced the salary is good . no proper managing skills only asbuilt projects scope only modelling work can be learnt . but no strict rules are implements friendly atmosphere btw the seniors and juniors no proper hikes ,,,,,,......................
