To work in aicrs ,lake town ,kolkata is a great experience as a dental surgeon who is a fresh passout from college.its a big exposure to patient handling and professional dentistry.its more like a college where Dr.Bishwajit Biswas teaches the freshers ethics and technicalities of dentistry.patient's well being and aesthetic and satisfaction is their first priority,it has an excellent patient flow with iso certified sterilization and hygiene is practiced.avinash institute definately has an edge over other clinics.

Dislikes

...its very hectic to work here.long and late working hours and very less holidays.pay scale is little low.

Lots of patients and opportunities to work on patients.but very low pay scale.good seniors and safe for female dentists.

Very low pay scale.and behaviour of dr biswajeet biswas is not good with his employees and dentists who work under him
