Colleagues are friendly and senior workers are willing to help us learn and grow. Managers frequently change our domain of work and assign us a variety of tasks which introduces us to different fields, which is both a boon and a bane. Few managers are kind and supportive. The HR team at Bengaluru is friendly and quickly respond to any queries or issues. The canteen food is good.

Dislikes

Micro management. Salary is not good. Probation period will be delayed without even informing us.

Likes

For developers and managers the process and procedures are good. Management is very supportive no hard and fast expectations from management.

Dislikes

HR Team is not much supportive exit protocols are fine but behaviour towards employees who are leaving the organization is not good.

1. Managers are very supportive, understands individual concerns in personal life and suggestions in projects too. 2. Managers assigns tasks based on individual potential. 3. WFH

Dislikes

1. Lack in facilities like Cab, food 2. No wow like joining kit or some cookies or chocolate boxes on festival events.

Good Place for freshers to grow, explore and polish there profile experience. All senior employees are very cooperative and helping nature.

Dislikes

Work life balance is there but sometimes employees need to extend there work hour, even during weekends team has to work without compoff.

1. Get to work on latest technologies 2. Scope to explore and learn various things. 3. Good exposure to Autosar as well as Automotive domain.

Dislikes

1. To many parallel activities. 2. Sometimes work load is too high. 3. Very less training sessions.
