I didn't like anything about Avimukta

There was no work-life balance also a lack of coordination and communication among the people. It kind of started giving me anxiety. I felt people over there lacked the manners to talk. They want you to work but don't want to appreciate it. Working hours were from 9:30 to 6:30 but the One day I left at 6:27 and employees over there started murmuring without acknowledging that I come to work by 9:20. I don't want to mention it but then they started it all. Now I was kind of cautious and left at 6:30, now they wanted me to wait until post office hours. I was told that " Where are you going carrying your bag''. This is not the way you talk to someone. Employees over there want to do a time pass for the whole day, but you know you are efficient only when you work late, if you leave on time you are an inefficient and lazy person as per Avimukta. I was working at home even after office hours and also on Weekends. I started getting anxious because of the way people over there treated me. I was sick and no one bothered to ask how I was doing but I got a call saying "Can you work from home?" This was my experience and I'm not working currently but I'm glad that I don't have to go to Avimukta. There are many things I want to share but I think this is enough. I have done HR and you know I have learned how I shouldn't treat my employees. Learning never fails. I will remember these lessons taught to me.
