IT worst work experience in my life so many mistakes from there own company employer they blame on new employees

In avikam logistics and gp logistics company there incharge manager and assistant manager do all mistake and they blame on new employee

There is no job security eventually they don't deduct pf also within 1/2 month they changes the employee without knowing them only salary timing also not proper there is no professional timing for salary i also work almost 3 month they remoove me with out any reason eventually there is noting to learn this was my worst job ever they do politics also Infuture if i will get opportunity also in avikam to work i will not join anymore..they are no job security... And employ need job security first.. They are not supportive also for employes..
