Fast growing company provides ample opportunities to contribute & excel. freshers & juniors get to learn, experience & provides exposure too. Open, transparent, not so formal culture helps associates to give their best & prove themselves. Employee engagements & welfare are paramount given high priority. Company provides good food too at no extra cost. To summarise, good, encouraging management, open & family culture, good place to work.

Nothing. Management plays an extremely dirty politics.

Management turns one team against another. Team members are internally pitted against each other in the spirit of competition. No processes, no mediclaim.... Management tries to sabotage new offers you may seek in the market to avoid dirty politics to intimidate employees. Policies keep changing as per management's wish. No support from management Advice : Please learn to respect human beings for who they are and professionally run the company. And stop playing dirty games and spoiling someone's career.
