I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Everything ... no one will admire your work.. salary is less then a beggar.. currnt manager asked me to go to airport from gurgaon and back to gurgaon again bt when i asked for travel expenses he denied...

OWNER IS VERY GOOD , VISIONARY & SUPPORTIVE HE CARES HIS EMPLOYEES but some people take advantage of it as they have the power they will manipulate them showing there negative side but not the side where they were help by those same people at difficult time and owner was not aware of there top people take bribe for Cargo but as time heals everything these people get there karma and I felt so satisfied at the darkest time they assume themselves as God they were so mesmerizied with powers

MANAGEMENT HAS CREATE SO BAD POLITICS HERE THAT IF YOU ARE THERE NEAREST AND DEAREST OF MANAGER THEN ONLY YOU CAN GET APPRAISAL INSTEAD YOU HELP THEM IN THERE WORST HERE YOU CAN'T GET APPRAISAL ONLY BY BUTTERING DIWALI GIFT WAS NOT GIVEN On year 2024 and we have achieved yearly Target also they provided us a simple CEO signed certificate with same text to everyone
