Nothing. This is full baniya company and most of the employees think they are the owner of this company because company's management allows them to do due to their chaplusi. There are cameras everywhere and you are being watched time to time.

...o then your image will be spoiled by any chaplus employee and you get less hike. Strict timing & if you late your salary will deducted. Sandwich rules applicable. Work load is more one person equal to 10-15 works even after no good hikes. No job security and you are being watched from every corner of office. Lolipop is given during increament because there is no value of Accounts & taxation department here except chaplus accounts manager. If you wanna Gad-dha Hamali with less payment and chaplus then come otherwise don't come.

Colleagues are good and supportive but management is very controlling

There are cameras everywhere from entering into building to your work area. The boss has a big screen in his cabin that shows live footage of what there employees are doing.
