Dislikes

Management policies are not satisfactory, as they keep changing the parameters for achieving sales incentives. Promises which they make at the time of joining are not being kept, which we realize only after start working. Working atmosphere is also terrible, especially for those who work in Thiruvalla showroom.

work environment was not favourable for me to work convenient .I was working in a service centre of an maruti Authorised Automobile dealership . Due to inhalation problem , I could not able to sleep properly .With a mind set for a change .I asked for a leave but didn't get .So thought of Resigning .
