As a developer working with this company has been a terrible experience. They constantly put pressure on you to finish project, with no care for your work-life balance. Even after finishing the project, they stop answering your calls and messages. This is very unprofessional and shows no respect for their developers. I would not recommend for this company.

Dislikes

I had a very bad experience working as a developer with this company. The work culture is toxic, with constant pressure to meet impossible deadlines. They expect you to work long hours without any support or understanding of personal time. Management is unresponsive and unprofessional they do not value their employees or the work they put in.

nothing. i had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.not only was the service or product but the overall professionalism and attitude of the staff were lacking

They always hire a intern to do their work unpaid for 3 months. And don't give you full-time work because they don't have money to pay there permanent employers.

Dislikes

Not a single thing to like. Always give you pressure for work.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
