Well let me introduce myself first, I am a Project Engineer in this Organisation and hold an Experience of 1+ year in the industry also it’s my first job. Coming forward to the points which I love about this Organisation. • Culture - Our Company has an outstanding work culture, also there is good support from the senior management and the employees are always motivated and appreciate them for such efforts. • Policies - Lot of employee friendly policies and activities are carried out by the HR Management. • Infrastructure - Great work platform, Outstanding project deliveries within less span of time. • Best part of our organisation is that it gives us an exposure like nobody else. • Being a Fresher learning more about the industry which is widely spread and being boarded this ship is Always a cherry on the cake. • It let’s us do work our own way which makes us think out of the box beyond the limits helped in gaining knowledge and experience.

Well let me introduce myself first Md Nooruddin. I am senior project Engineer in well known Fire and security best company and also this is first company. Now comming to thing that i like about my company. *Calture*- My company has nice work culture and allow to employees to work freely and also their is a good support of senior and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies- lots of employees friendly policies and Intimate from HR department. Many culture event organization by HR and celebrate properly by employees. Infrastructure- Nice and good and all necessary equipment and well organised Laboutries with employees safety equipments inbuilt medical facilities etc. Use lattest system to provide humen and building safety. And there are many such good things but there are major point.

Actually enjoying going to my job everyday. Planning, communication with vendors, the creative aspects, the cyclical nature of the job, and my all co- workers. Special Thanks to all seniors who share their valuable experiences with all employees . It’s been 3 years but still everyday there is new challenge and I am continually learning. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward thinking. Supportive company that treat their employees as their greatest Asset. Journey from fresher to experience would not be possible without my seniors trust & dedication towards me. Really thankful to be a part of such wonderful organisation who treat their employees as king & queen 🤴 👸
