It has been great experience at aventri till everything was good. But when conditions got worse due to COVID-19, they started laid off.

Dislikes

...out to whom to fire and to whom to keep. So managers did what usually people do. They kept their dear ones irrespective of their salary, their performance. They laid of people who were good performance wise and also less pay compared to ones who are still working. It is the case I didn't like at aventri. They also could have handled by keeping everyone but paying less. But they decided to fire their employees. Such organisations don't deserve the word "Family" in their values. As they don't keep support their family in crisis. They are like the people who become educated and get at top position due their parents support but eventually sends them to "Anath Ashram" or orphanage houses.

you will get definitely promotions and appraisal if you full-fill responsibilities(showing them off will also important) company culture is good. extra curricular activities are there. any one can get deserving appreciation

Dislikes

even if you are working hard. you have to prove yourself by following internal processes. work dependency will be remain on higher/senior members. no-one shares their knowledge here/even entertain (although its not company's issue.)

Likes

Average company, typical hierarchical management structure, managers don't seem to be interested in engaging with the employees.

Dislikes

No work culture at all, managers are terrible at their job. Only good thing is that they offer Work Front Home.

Likes

Overall experience is good. But there wasn’t any growth opportunities in the support team but if you work in the dev team then it would be better.

Dislikes

I did not like rotational shifts but I understand that its a global support so working in different shifts would be obvious. But there was an issue with the leaves as our support team has 30 members so accomodating leaves for us was a challenge.
