New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Salary deductions without prior intimation Suddenly new formulas will form to calculate your incentives Don't stick to promises even if you perform Sales team from Singapore uses filth on team calls. My 2 team mates got fired when she got pregnant. After taking you for team lunch they will ask for some contribution too lol..

There is no like since I will not recommend anyone to join this. This company will be end of their future.

Dislikes

They will force you to resign during pregnancy. If you will not resign they will terminate you. They will start giving your credit to someone else. Full of politics. Even you can bear politics but you will not bear the mental harassment during your pregnancy. HR Manager and your Manager will come into picture and they will start harassing you from left right up and down from everywhere. It will be like a fullstop to your career. Still want to join then join.
