They Treat you like hell, your every mouse movement is tracked and you have to code for literally 9hrs, if you haven't written a line in 10 min, company ceo will msg you why you are not written code. They way they talk to you is like you are servent to them.

salary hike is not so much high competition none come directly to mind may be a bit more pay

Team Leaders and Team are very supportive. Good salary package.

There is no job security. if you did one silly mistake you'll get fired immediately. boss treats his employee as a servant(specially Indian staff). so much of workload. you have to complete your task in very short time and if you are unable to do then you'll get terminated. he terminated the most loyal and hardworking employees.
