No Recognition: Hard work is not acknowledged and been taken by seniors, mostly by Architects. Limited Exposure: The company only focuses on performance monitoring. Undefined Roles: Developers often end up working as testers. roles are not well-defined. Incompetent Leadership: Senior Technical Architects and Technical Architects lack proper knowledge. Failed Project Management: Certain individuals, such as B**********, have failed in project execution but still holding key positions. Don't know how!

Work life balance is worst. You are continuously monitored , even you are working. Less salary hikes. For freshers they will ask to sign 4 years of bond.

5 Days Work from Office at Bangalore office. It is becoming trouble traveling in Bangalore traffic. Huge pollution and damaging my health.
