Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Good Behaviour, Good Office Culture, Basically HRD subordinates staffs are very friendly just like a family and My Boss is Gentleman and he supported anytime and any moment and other departments staffs are good. Another my CEO is technically strong and soft hearted person and I appreciate this person only. And I suggest to all new comer please come and develop the organisation.

It's catering in mess is disgusting. It gave me resignation letter within 2 weeks of working, but without any adequate reason. It is fully away from its ethics. It deprived my fundamental rights as well as demoralised my career. Don't ever go to this company. They only exploit you, don't give respect and they are bloody jealous cum heartless. pls don't go.
