Very poor work life balance Micro managing the employees Toxic environment Sleepless work They will fire you anytime No job security They will check your personals like whatsapp, personal mail, Files, etc.. in your mobile phone when you are leaving from the company. They will hire huge students in campus interview. But few only cross the first month.

Good place to learn and develop knowledge . If we had good colleagues we can have good time there . Good place to learn how to survive in this kind of work culture .

No work life balance Too much pressure and micro managing peoples not in every team but there are some evil eyes in some team. Sleepless work . Too much of Politics . Every minute you have to think about the firing . adutha nimisham nichayam illatha vazhka..... When you have to leave from that company , you have to show your phone , and they will even check your snapchat, fb , insta ,whatsapp and personal gallery tooo . Very very worst . Simply if you have to know about this good company . Go and watch 'Angadi theru' movie . You can easily predict about your work life .

More to say about dislike The company CEO is such b*** which she will needs to hire candidate and give 10k per month for the work person doing 1lac per month. Idha vida Avan appan irukan delivery manager Avan seriyana Psycho Friday ana vandhduvan mannakatti nu solla, this is what he will do come and yell every interns and go...🤬🤬 Most hated company ever... evryone use to join and Develope the career but if you join avasoft you will lose your health, career, life, time everything... working time will be 1-10 but after 10 you won't leave to home they will stay back to work the project which is not at all a important use case but have to stay and work for them even if we do this much of work they will simply terminate ag the end of internship or before by saying you are not communicating properly or not being gel with the team like that they will say....they will simply put in pip plan or extend the intern time, if they terminate you means they will check everything from you.. phone instagram whats app Snapchat telegram mail etc, even too the inners what we were, causally they will say this is company policy we to check that you did data breeches or not like that they will say..... Definitely you will face the consequences but terminating the good candidates and kandippa saabam vitutu dhaa poirupanga ellarum
