...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only timings.. but I m also facing in avantel supported company imeds it is not gave chance but Using this company our Hard work ofter not gave chance I'm also not satisfied for imeds company..but avantel company is very best company any chance gave I Join in avantel private limited.

Nothing real satisfying. Stupid managers with half knowledge mind. They never grow they never let you grow

HRs themselves are big idiots.. they don't even read your resume and decide just based on who ypu appear and not based on your skills. A bunch of idiots sitting as HRs and Managers. Also they force to working for 10-11hrs a day with not extra payments and no there is no work-life balance topic to exist. God damn people are sitting as Managers

Best thing is they gave me time to learn and everyone is friendly it's look like a college atmosphere everyday we are learning a new thing and along with good project leaders and senior engineer's these make more beautiful in Avantel

Except timings everything is 👍 nice... There is no bus facility also as a drawback....
