...isten to the team leaders. No incentive is paid, no appointment letter is given. Not even your salary is paid on time. Real problem here is skill development, because of which the company has lost alot of businesses and will continue to loose more in the future. Average salary paid is too low as per market standards. Even though you ask for leaves or go on vacation they will ask to work from your vacation, which is really terrible because it messed up your work life balance. Though the directors as positive, the VP ops alone has made the company environment toxic and insufferable. Do not expect raise in this company. Further if your goal is to learn things, this will be a good choice but you cant see your career grow here.

company is good with security purpose. its nice to learn new things with collection agency and dealing with the people. our TL is very supportive who encourage us in every situation. our managers are too helpful and understandable they also support us to explore new things with company and our knowledge. plus point is that we have a big team with different cultural backgrounds and we are happily work together . i also like the policy of company to giving a space like employee wants

Dislikes

salary is less than what we expect by our convenience. and incentive is not allocated to us after 6 months also , require some proper structure of salary and incentive. and require some outdoor events for empolyees to reset their mind company didnt take us out for refreshment

The company has a healthy work environment and is open to feedbacks from every employee. I have colleagues from various cultural backgrounds and I like to learn new things from them. Management is transparent with employees.

Dislikes

As we work for finance sector, work pressure is very high. We have target based jobs, but there is no compensation apart from salary. There is no induction program or training program for freshers or new employees, so we have to keep our work aside and train them.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I found a positive workplace in Avant....managements thought process is very understanding....every one can have open and honest approach with management...having productive atmosphere...having a strong & positive leadership.... management anchorage healthy environment
