I was hired by Avanade Singapore for an azure cloud consultant role. I was excited about my new role and eagerly waiting for the project assignment, however It had taken 3 months for the project assignment.

Dislikes

Enough of local politics by a guy called Mudit Mittal and his subordinates so called boot lickers. They intentionally make a new comer life hell in the project and so called management of Avanade didn’t do anything except torturing you mentally. They wanted you to stay in office whole day long. Basically expecting an employee to sleep, eat and repeat everything inside the office. I had terrible experience working with Avanade guys. However, I still feel Avanade as a company is good. Hope Avanade should put its more focus on employee well being.!!

Dislikes

Heavily dependent on accenture and accenture gives lower level work to avanade. Not all but majority of the Avanade management specially avanade not reliable and capable of running services or team.

Best company to work with and has lots of opportunities to explore. Cross-skilling is always available.

Dislikes

Goals are set in a high frequency and always thinking about growth. Its a good thing but sometimes it is a pressure
