I have never seen any bad company like Avana - Its not treating every employee as equal here if you belong from southern states you will get preferences also its one of the poorest company in terms of corporate culture - here if you can oil you can grow - best example is Ambrish Ray who consistently do oiling to Mr. CM Murlidharan and he is growing - HR has no role and independent view always do buttering

Dislikes

At Avana you are not free to think openly and you have to thinks as your manager wants you think - this is a private company and you have no security of job if you do buttering you will be secured in your job - Promising and deserving candidates do not stay here for long

Likes

The company itself is a good brand. But the Kolkata Branch head is very brutal kind of person. Many people are leaving the branch because of the Regional Head Ambrish Rai. The management knows all the issues, but still keeping their eyes closed. Also, there is less appreciation of work, and poor increment.

Good Team mates but no good verticals, good training, SOP's are good, due to non compliance of SOP's appraisals are worst.and also due to this work life balance could not be obtained.

Dislikes

Management insists on following systematic procedures and well planned working but due to some targets given to local commercials unplanned working to reach targets, due to budgets n restrictions they say they are unable to perform. It affects the branches.
