Extremely Disappointing Workplace This company has one of the worst management teams I’ve ever encountered, especially in terms of supporting employees from Karnataka. The team, which consists mostly of Tamilians, shows no respect or support for employees who join from Karnataka. Senior engineers are treated with disrespect, and there is no proper system or structure in place. There is no access to emails or standard communication tools; instead, senior engineers are expected to work alongside production operators, which is humiliating and highly unprofessional. The management completely disregards employee dignity and fails to provide a conducive work environment. To all Karnataka professionals: Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a toxic workplace with the worst team dynamics and management. My experience here has been terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Unprofessional Workplace with Poor Management This company has no sense of professionalism, especially in the way employees are treated. While the PM, Purchase, Accounts departments may function a bit better, the remaining departments are chaotic and lack proper organization. Meetings are conducted for hours on end without any meaningful outcomes, and the discussions are completely unproductive. Even senior engineers and assistant managers face blatant disrespect. They are denied basic facilities like using lifts and are told to climb three floors repeatedly, which is degrading and unnecessary. The management shows no regard for experienced employees, making it clear that the company's environment is not designed for skilled professionals. For operators, this company might be a good fit, but for experienced employees, especially those in senior roles, it’s a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone from Karnataka as the Tamilian-dominated team does not support or respect professionals from other regions. People from other states might find it manageable, but experienced individuals should steer clear of this place. they don't even tell allow you to go home after working hours daily I used stay like extra 2-3 hours.. Avoid if you value your professional growth and dignity!

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
