Good work culture, supporting seniors, good colleagues, good pay, good hikes, okayish work life balance, most importantly employees are treated as people and not machines... Which many other even biggies don't do so

Currently company is facing trouble getting business & hence severe salary delay issues. But if company recovers, it is the best mid level organization to work for.

Sorry nothing is good in here except some of my peera and they are also leaving or left.

The first most worst thing is The Delay on Salary. For some individuals this is like what it's mean but in Avalon everyone is facing the issue and if you are Senior employee then I bet you will never get on time. Usually it takes 2 to 3 months of delay on getting one month salary. Bosses are horrible one of a kind. No professional degree or knowledge and experience still running the company that's why it is happening. This is the first company in my entire 10 year career that is so transparent even junior employee knowa that invoices are not cleared. Suggestions: please give salary on time and treat your employees like human then you will grow.

The Programme team lead is a thorough professional who has created a positive environment for the team, creating space for healthy dialog to take place. The work done in this organization is engaging and learning opportunities are abundant. The office is in itself a very cosy place with fun-loving and dedicated co-workers.

Dislikes

- The nearest metro is three kilometers. - Better chairs can be put in for people with back issues.

Good company decent pay my reporting is to Singapore management which is supportive and i am working as a frontend developer They provide flexibility in working hours and timelines

The salary payout is between 4th to 7th of every month

Freshers have a lot of things to learn. Best company for any fresher who would like to learn programming and business development for IT companies.

Dislikes

Projects tends to become monotonous after experience of 2 to 3 years. Hence learning scale reduces.
