Company culture is good, made good friends. Salary was ok..

Dislikes

Poor HR culture, one or two people are handling the company and they have handed over the company overall system to HRs and they are making everyone's life horrible. Like dictators, they are making the associate's life miserable. I didn't receive my 3+ years work experience and when I reached to HR, they said now moved back to Fore Support again from Availity and although it's same company with different name, we can't give work-Ex of Fore Support. Special mention: Thanuja from HR team

The culture here is more amicable with minimal to no politics, frequent events are conducted (that includes sports, cultural, arts, etc.), nobody is expected to work over the weekend (unless it’s a 24/7 process or a P1 ticket), subscription to online learning platforms is provided to upscale at the cost of company as Availity has Individual Development Plan as part of their yearly goals and provide reimbursement for any certification (in relevance to work and subject to approval).

Dislikes

Nothing that I can think of at this time. If you’re asking for a con then the only that comes to mind is that there’s no cab facility for day shift employees. However, cabs are available for the night shift employees.

Likes

The faculty and facility . HRs are good especially Thanuja ,Nisha and Gokul. I really loved the management and the workplace.

Dislikes

Manager Fazeel does a lot of favourism and don't allow certain PPL to grow and wantedly don't give opportunities and don't let them grow whom he don't like but acts as if he supports. Had bad experience with him . He is the main reason for me to resign. I am sorry I had to mention this.

India development center is very close knit and treats everyone like family the india management is extremely supportive and helps the team deliver

very limited access to knowledge and information from the US teams

Likes

I am able to work with a very diverse group of professionals, from various countries and sectors. The remote work policy is extremely healthy and adds a lot of balance to our personal mindspace.
