...s organization. Good work environment and policies as they provide to the staff. Appraisal not done due to pendamic covid-19 But I m okay okay with it because there was no salary deduction during lockdown journey and they provide a medical facility and bonus on Diwali

Good work culture because there is no work. Be careful before joining the headless body.

Dislikes

Blind favoritisms of MD on home grown child with no outside exp: An..p P..d.y. If MD want to hire Peon/Cook/Engineer/Manager/GM/SVP/CEO then he will 1st ask An..p P..d.y. The shortlisting/interview/compensation/final decision will be taken by An..p P..d.y. And the funniest part is... even Plant Heads and CEO are/will report to An..p P..d.y. MD of the company can't take his single decision without help of him so spoiling the entire culture and hence no growth since many years. Suggestion to Management: Open your eyes and accept the reality.

Nothing to like. Few bunch of foolish people running the show. Lala ji is thinking like elon musk and spending like zero. He can't take his own decisions and depends on one employee who is half of his age.
