There are quite a few issues to address. While I've never experienced outright disrespect. I've often felt ignored, and unrecognized for my efforts. It's a place where you're expected to work constantly, with little to no rewards or recognition. While it may offer great exposure for new employees right out of colleges, it comes at the cost of your health and well- being. Many employees are overworked and on the brink of burnout. Hr policies are poorly enforced, and Hr seems more concerned with staying in the good graces on the upper management than supporting the employees. The work environment is unhealthy, with no real inclusion or respect for diverse opinions. Meeting with senior managemnet are structured in a way that feels intimidating and any ideas or feedback you may offer are frequently dismissed. The company lacks strong leadership. rather than nurturing and developing talent, it breaks people's confidence, leaving them feeling undervalued and demotivated. I would strongly advise against joining in any senior management roles-- there is little to gain and much to lose. The treatment provided to developers is another major issue. There is no quality control over their work, and developers are held in such high regard that they seem untouchable, while others suffer the consequence of poor project management. Projects are often in crisis, yet developers seem to the freedom to relax and enjoy themselves leaving others to beat the burnt of the customers. The environment takes a serious toll on mental health, a and its not uncommon for people to end up physically ill from the stress. the company needs to function like a true organization and more importantly treat its employees like humas--not just as tools to drive results.

I've been with avaamo for 5 months now.And the journey so far has been fantastic.One thing that stood out of me was how smooth and well-timed the interview process was. with clear and helpful feedback oat every stage. Coming from a background of large enterprise. I initially had some reservations about my joining a startup.However, Avaamo provided me with ample time and support to settle in, which the transition much smoother.

This company suits to all types of employees (may it be luxury-loving or career-focused or avid AI or venture lover). A transparent and closely working group of innovative minds. Its an open culture where you can simply reach out to people directly and learn more about solving a problem rather than email or messages. It is also a place to be for people who want to make career in Conversational AI. It feels like Avaamo is a next generation workplace where its a mix of good from different type of set up. Small piece of advice to freshers, if you get a chance to work in this place, please consider Avaamo.

Its hard to find anything to dislike about working at Avaamo, but I suggest to have a team meeting within office and listen to employee feedback regarding their experience about working at Avaamo.
