...sation against market conditions. One of the largest RE IPP developers of India. Flexi-pay structure is really good for salary structuring. Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Traditional hierarchy & working style. HR policies are not very good. Medical insurance benifit is not adequate. Every 2nd & 4th Saturday is holiday, remaining Saturday are working. In person resolution of queries are easy from HR. Office is not very modern. Cost sensitive management, they generally does not allow deviation from strict policy entitlements.

- 8 Hour working - Evening Snacks - Salary Credit on last working day of the month - 2.5 leaves per month

Dislikes

...your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact). As per my experience would not recommend to join Avaada at this stage of company's situation. (FY24-25)
