The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. They have given half salary instead of our personal leave in April & May month. June July and till August 16th they kept some of the employees on leave without pay after re-joining in June Month.They are very good to adjust money in full n final settlement even during penadamic...they have adjusted even my gratuity during full n final settlement eveif i told them about my financial condition.

company was good but during pandemic they have shown another form. they have deducted salaries to 10% and 15% till 5 months and also adjusted personal leave for 30 days.they are bias at the time of appraisals also.
