They have given half salary instead of our personal leave in April & May month. June July and till August 16th they kept some of the employees on leave without pay after re-joining in June Month.They are very good to adjust money in full n final settlement even during penadamic...they have adjusted even my gratuity during full n final settlement eveif i told them about my financial condition.

company was good but during pandemic they have shown another form. they have deducted salaries to 10% and 15% till 5 months and also adjusted personal leave for 30 days.they are bias at the time of appraisals also.

Lots of politics no professionalism you can survived there if you are a Puppet of hr You can’t write or speak a single line without hr and MD permission You feel zero and they demotivated a lot if you have Telant You got fractured over there

Actually here we can work independently, and here my senior and my reporting manager teach and scold me with love and respect that's why I love AV global and my team with senior
