No hike in Salary, no friendly environment within company, have to work for 10hr a day even though working hour is 9. Their will be heavy pressure on work. Sometimes we have to handle other process too due to lack of employees.

No any management system. If you need any help, after following up continuously you'll not get any updates. No hike and appraisal. No any work environment. Not get any chance to improve your skills and experience, totally wastage of time.

Autosense gives importance to the career growth of their employers. If we perform well they will promote you to the next level. I got 3 promotions in 6 years .I personally learnt my professional knowledge from Autosense (from my seniors)

India's No 1 worst company in my career harish who is the branch head is zero in terms of professional he is a womeniser and treat all females in wrong way i was working as HR there and he treated my like a tele caller and i got proper relieving from the company with relieving letter he gave bad remark in BGV against me because i ave warned him in a harassment case i am mentally disturbed if any management people see this take action against that womeniser.

Very poor management. Lack of exposure in employee handling. Not a good place to work. Absolutely nothing to brag about at AutoSense. Looks like their senses needs to be automated.. at AutoSense (pun intended)

There is no good reason to work for this company. Poor Managers; Poor Decision Makers. One of the worst managements I have worked with in my 8 years of career.
