No hike in Salary, no friendly environment within company, have to work for 10hr a day even though working hour is 9. Their will be heavy pressure on work. Sometimes we have to handle other process too due to lack of employees.

No any management system. If you need any help, after following up continuously you'll not get any updates. No hike and appraisal. No any work environment. Not get any chance to improve your skills and experience, totally wastage of time.

I am little upset about my pf amount that I can't withdraw if hr will not update the exit date. I requested to him many times but he has not updated. But I am happy with all people in this company.

Autosense gives importance to the career growth of their employers. If we perform well they will promote you to the next level. I got 3 promotions in 6 years .I personally learnt my professional knowledge from Autosense (from my seniors)
