Treated like slave and bagger for special price approvals. Traditionally mentality people ,not any taken feedback from any employee, some of people are behave like company owner due to that company are not growing ,compare to others sensors company growth is lesser than lesser. Target pressure is heavy compare to others company. management was not taken any employee feedback for improvement. Not recommending for join. Some of Gujarati lady she behave like a company Owner

Company having saturday off system is good. having bus facility from railway station. every quarter you will go for outing.

Dislikes

Sales staff face increment issues in a year if performance is not satisfactory then company will throw you. one of the lady running HR, Admin and account head is not eligible as a manager, not having any specific knowledge will give so much burden of work, if your work is not satisfactory as per given instruction then she will through you out by doing politics and other reasons. all ground level staff is good but be cautious. sales staff will face issue in monthly expenses. so many deduction are there in monthly expenses.

In 6 Months 21 sales people left the company. People with no experience in sales, marketing and HR department are running the company. If anyone wants to experience the worst company in the world they can join. Utter foolish people running the company in India. the company is not growing too and if the things remain the same than can even get shutdown in India. Products are very out dated as compared to market.
