I am working in tool room dept as sr.engg.work culture is good,all types of press tool available in shop,internal and external press part of TATA MOTORS,Paggio,Fiat,GMI,JCB etc stamping in house. press capability like,1500T doube action,1250T,800T,600T,400T also 1000T hydraulic presses is in plant.

compensation is poor.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary is not good for metro area as pune. Atmosphere is good. Career growth is very small of tata talko groups.

Company provides good atmosphere but work load not sure if you are highly qualified professional they ignore it

All commercial approvals for each activity to be taken from corporate centralized Group Office of TATA Auto comp systems Ltd. All rights given only to centralized Group Office . It is compulsory for each department . Which takes two weeks time maximum . So further urgent activities getting too much delay . All types of works moves very slow . On the spot final decesion's are not happening .
