Un ehthical Hr vertical they don't know our roles and responsibilities. Slowdown type working culture. No ay kind of learning in our carreer. Complete nepotism culture. No any one accepted the candidate who has to work in this organisation. Every reports every meeting every activity shows only paper not in reality.

The salary structure is very poor as per other sales showroom in comparison, They tell you you’ll be getting a raise after 6 months which they don’t give , ig all the departments get the same salary . The seniors are really arrogant some of them think they own the company which builds negativity and lack of confidence in the employee feels like getting bullied even some of the colleagues feel the same way .

Its good for freshers who want to work in sales industry. salary is on time always.

because its a sales process. Sales load was terrible. you have to face internal politics of senior sales executives. incentives are not upto mark. you have to do overtime wihout pay for your sales target completion.

Worst management ever, there's no career growth at all. Lots of politics, people here or in the management are racist. There will be growth in the career, if the employee is useful to there personal reasons, no one will see if he is capable or not, or he deserves the position or not. Worst experience I have ever. No equality at all.

Good work culture.Teammates are supporitive.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 4 years.
