Very bad working culture.it is my request don't join Automatic Instrument pvt ltd. Totally Lala type company. Lala (Company owner) is directly taking feedback from workers. Lala ( Company owner) is directly involve in politics.

Dislikes

5 plant head and manager changed within 2 years. No job security.Comapany is totally Lala ki dukan. Turnover is only 30 cr annually. Very small Company. They change staff within 4-5 months. Everyday new interview being ongoing. Very bad working culture Office Politics Job security Zero No growth No leave 14 hrs work daily. Very bad company Totally Lala type company. There is no mean of plant head. company owner (Lala) is talking directly to line workers and supervisors)

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
