Dislikes

There is no proper organisation structure. Company location is long from station. Basic salary is not more than 3000 for engineers. Different rules for different persons.

Senior staff of the company are cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

Except senior staff of Accounts, the junior staff and colleagues are quite abusive, often hurts emotions and quarrels, which makes the working atmosphere very hostile, the junior staff have no sense of professionalism in work, and often taunts in an abusive way and most importantly, no cooperation and help is there from the junior staff of Accounts team and IT team.
