I've worked with ADP as a US Payroll Analyst -Client Services and then with Rayden Interactive as a Senior Implementation Analyst -Client Success. Dislikes

Mainly controlled from Hyderabad management. So no growth opportunities in other locations like Pune, Chennai. All opportunities like promotions, new projects etc are passed on to Hyd associates. Others are given second citizen treatment. Most of the products are from acquired companies and use old technologies. Tech stack is very old and no/less work on cutting edge technologies.

It's a good company but the Indian management ruins it all.

Dislikes

I have never worked in a company who pays your performance incentives from your monthly salary and then deduct that amount when the time arrives for the variable payout. It's a clear scam that the management is doing. When was moved to other department successfully, they cancelled the movement and got me back to where I was rather than moving me in another dpt. This is just not frustration but the facts. I am so done with it

Dislikes

Salary and benefits in some departments need to improve. When the offer letter is given, it's not explained clearly so maybe the HR team needs to work on that as associates have alot of questions upon receiving their first salary.

Toxic management is supported, poor cafeteria food & hygiene, no promotions for hard working people (only bootlickers), bad pay hikes to good people, too much internal politics and learning opportunities are less in some teams who deny change of verticals. You will be asked to work OT without the payment and even on weekends

Dislikes

Recently hired BPO managers from 2020 who does not values and ADP culture, Does not respect associates. Started to closed the open door policy so associates now started to develop fear to express themselves, as a result of which big shots, knowledge gainers, Star performers have started to seek opportunities outside ADP.
