Good technical exposure. Ok salary.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Managers without people management and development expertise . No technical trainings. No healthy work environment. Perception based appraisals.

...e company running on hire and fire strategy. I don't suggest anyone to join ADP. They initially offers a good package and within a year or so they terminate and hire new resources again

This Adp runs on hire and fire strategy. Never join Adp. No learning scope even no budget for learning. Management is poor skilled. Job security is actually Null here.
