Dislikes

* Working in the India office, unfortunately, you have to work with a self-declared intellectual who is heading India office. That becomes the biggest pain point. * Hiring/Firing is the gossip of Autogrid both India and Redwood. So, if can enjoy that it won't bring irritation to work life. * Decision makers are hired in the US and every one/two years they are sent to India in an executive role to try out individual management skills and visit places in India. * There is a mandatory line item in CTC about Certification and Learning which requires approvals from management to use. So, they will decide if you can do that course or not.
