Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Micromanagent is the first thing False accusations towards employees (projecting as a bad person personally not professionally) Psychological harassment Fake promises Expecting good work results but distorted goals No training for freshers It's fake salary what they have provided in the website. In offer letter they will inform 9 hours work but in reality it maybe exceeding 12 to 16 hours in the name of startup but no OT. You will make revenue for the organisation but you will loose your work life balance, health doesn't worry the managers and CEO

No proper process for anything. Enforce the huge bond amount on employees by doing false promises at the time of joining. The quality of Traning is not good and also they provide false information to the participants. No proper team ,no proper platform for skill development. No good work only good for part-time review activities.
