...ganisation provided conducive environment for growth and training for the staff.Salary and job appraisal were up to standard there was no discrimination.The company also provided on job training for the staff,it also commanded excellence in everything something i wish to continue doing in my future workplaces.

The growth of the company was small,hence the need to move to a more challenging environment and bigger organizations and explore new challenges and environment .
