The company is open to sale of Hyundai car,repair and sales of spare parts as well as.that's why the customer never go to here and there for service and spares.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have good management and good vision also.but we have too much pressure to work.there isn't so good working environment.the owner of the company doesn't care about the difficulties of accountant.he always use to mix the transaction of their own(house expenses) with the company finally difficulty to prepare actual financial transaction and condition of the company.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
