There is no job security in this company. I joined in june and they fired me in September without any reason. There were 8 other employees who were fired alongwith me for no reason. This company is a bunch of illiterate people who works together. They abuse loudly even in front of female staffs. Lots of politics here. South indian people here also worsens the situation by their politics. MD does not have any control and company is controlled by Chamchas.

Dislikes

There is no point i can write here. They sucks at giving salaries on time, ill mannered management, only work here if you are unemployed from long time.

Auto is a good company for which working is an easy task all senior and junior make an bond among them to make and support to fresher or the beginner, senior team is also supporting and enhance the quality of the work programme it is an excellent learning platfrom
